Refund & Return Policy
Seaborne ("we," "us," "our"). Last updated: June 2026.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
All sales are considered final
Because our products are personal eyewear worn against the eyes and face, the vast majority of sales are final. We are only able to consider a return or refund when every condition in this policy is met. If any condition is not met, the item is non-returnable and non-refundable, with no exceptions other than the limited defect provision in the section "Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect" below.
Strict eligibility requirements
To even be considered for a return, all of the following must be true:
- You contact us at seaborneco@outlook.com within 3 calendar days of the delivery date to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Requests after 3 days are automatically declined.
- The product is completely unused, unworn, and untried — not placed on the face, not worn outdoors, no cord adjusted, no shields removed or reattached.
- The product is returned in its original, unopened, undamaged packaging with every tag, sticker, seal, insert, pouch, and accessory intact and unbroken.
- The protective seal and any hygiene seal are fully intact. A broken seal voids all return eligibility.
- You ship the item back within 3 calendar days of receiving your RA number, at your own cost, fully insured and tracked.
- The item passes our inspection upon arrival. We are the sole judge of condition.
If any requirement above is not satisfied, no refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued, and any returned item may be discarded or returned to you at your expense.
Items that are never eligible
The following are always non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of condition:
- Any item that has been worn, used, or removed from sealed packaging.
- Sale, clearance, discounted, promotional, bundled, or gift-with-purchase items.
- Items purchased with a coupon or discount code.
- Gift cards.
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Packages refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned to sender.
- Items reported after the 3-day window.
Costs and fees (if a return is approved)
- Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
- A non-refundable restocking fee of 30% is deducted from any approved refund.
- Original shipping charges are never refunded.
- Refunds, when issued, are made only to the original payment method and only after inspection, which may take up to 14 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If an approved return is processed, you may place a new order separately at full price.
Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or is the wrong item, contact us at seaborneco@outlook.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging. Where a genuine defect or error is confirmed by us, we will provide a replacement or repair of the same item. This is the sole remedy for such cases. Normal wear, scratches from use, misuse, accidental damage, and improper care are not defects.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by agreement. Where such laws apply, they take precedence over the terms above to the minimum extent required by law.
