Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. During launches, sales, and peak periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $60.
- A flat $5 standard shipping fee applies to orders under $60.
- Estimated delivery after dispatch: 5–10 business days (domestic). International times vary by destination and customs.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and other factors outside our control may affect timing.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
International shipping, duties, and taxes
Where international shipping is offered, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an address error provided by the customer. Reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the customer. For lost or stolen parcels, please file a claim directly with the carrier; we will assist with information where we can but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier issues.
